Matters that wish to be addressed at the Annual Meeting must be sent to the Board no later than Wednesday, March 11.

Any cases are sent to post@oslotk.no or postbox 15 Skøyen, 0212 Oslo.

Full case list with all case papers is posted on our website www.oslotk.no no later than one week before the annual meeting. The case papers are also available at the daily manager's office.

The Board also draws attention to the fact that all elections must be in accordance with NIF Act § 2-4 (gender distribution) and NIF Act §§ 2-5, 2-6 and 2-7 (eligibility restrictions for employees, contractors, etc.).

Specifically, we draw your attention to the fact that the persons entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting according to the Articles of Association are members who:

1. Is over 15 years old

2. Has been a member for more than a month at the start of the Annual Meeting

3. Do not owe dues to the club

According to the statutes, there is no opportunity to run by proxy — only physical attendance gives the right to vote. It is also made aware that qualifications for the right to vote also qualify to run for election/be elected to office.
