In our new gym, we offer tennis-based physical training for both kids and adults, focusing on strength, coordination, speed and injury prevention. Small groups and close follow-up ensure high quality in every session.

Our fitness courses are built specifically around tennis and focus on areas such as coordination, movement, strength, mobility, balance, speed and injury prevention. The goal is not only to become a better athlete, but also to create healthier and more sustainable tennis players long term.
The groups are organized based on age, level and preferred training times, similarly to our tennis courses. Capacity is intentionally kept small to ensure high quality training and close follow-up from our coaches. There will never be more than one group training in the gym at the same time.
Fitness is highly recommended for all players above the age of 10 participating in our tennis courses. For players in competition groups, fitness sessions are a mandatory part of the training setup.
Registration for fitness courses is done through Court22 → Interest Forms.
When registering, we recommend adding as much information as possible regarding preferred days and times. Final schedules and training proposals will be confirmed after registrations are collected and groups are assembled.
In addition to group courses, we also offer private fitness sessions together with one of our gym coaches. Sessions can be tailored individually based on level, goals and physical needs — whether the focus is tennis performance, strength, mobility or injury prevention.

We also organize regular drop-in fitness activities which can easily be booked through Court22 under Activities. These sessions are a great option for players looking for extra flexibility and additional training throughout the week. Discover all activities on our gym page.
