Reidar er klubbens daglige leder og har ledet OTK i over 13 år, med ansvar for den daglige driften og for å bidra til klubbens videre utvikling.

Jan er sportslig leder med 20+ års erfaring og USPTA-sertifisering. Han styrer tennisskolen og hjelper spillere å utvikle seg fra junior til voksen.

Jakub er ITF Level 2-trener med utdanning i idrettsvitenskap. Han trener juniorer og voksne med energi og presisjon, og har ansvar for markedsføring og prosjekter i OTK.
