Whether you want to train on your own, join an activity or get personal follow-up — here you will find an offer that suits your level and goals.

Try on your own

As a member, you have free access to the gym — every day.

You don't need to book. All you do is check in at the front desk and you're off to work.

Here you can train at your own pace, at your own pace, at your convenience.

Join an activity

Do you want a little more structure or work out with others?

We have launched several group lessons that make it easy to get started, no matter the level.

You can choose between:
Cardio, Strength for Tennis, Flexibility and Footwork

The activities are open to both members and non-members.

Do you want close follow-up and a more structured program?

A PT session gives you a training program tailored to your level and goals - whether you want to get started or take your training further.

You get concrete guidance, the right technique and a clear plan that you can build on.

PT classes are available for both members and non-members.
