From kindergarten to junior high, children follow our ROGY system (Blue, Red, Orange, Green, Yellow) — with the right track, ball and challenge at each level. It provides quick mastery, confident development and enjoyment of the game from the very first moment.

At Oslo Tennisklubb we use the international ROGY system to ensure that children develop in a safe, fun and age-appropriate way. Each level has the correct path size and ball type, so kids learn faster, move more, and experience early mastery.
The training is active, social and varied — filled with play, exercises and games that create real tennis enjoyment and a strong sense of mastery.
For the youngest taking their first steps on the tennis court.
Focus on motor skills, coordination, balance and playing with foam balls and mini rackets.
Goals: Create peace of mind, joy of movement and a positive encounter with tennis.
Training times:
Small court and soft red balls that make it easy to get real ball changes.
Focus on basic technique, coordination, easy serve, rules and point count.
Goals: Play short ball changes, learn the rules and participate in the Red Tour.
Training times:
Next step with bigger trajectory and slightly faster balls.
Focus on technique development, serve, footwork, placement and simple tactics.
Goals: Prepare kids for bigger courses and the Orange Tour.
Training times:
Full path with green balls (somewhat softer than yellow ones).
Focus on technique, spin, serve, movement patterns, pace and point play.
Goals: Find peace of mind at full pitch and prepare for transition to Yellow Ball and Green Tour.
Training times:
Full court and yellow standard balls — tennis at its most complete level.
Focus on advanced technique, spins, movement patterns, serve variations, tactics and point play.
Goals: Develop the player's full potential — whether the goal is competition or exercise.

The price is for 1 training per week. Each workout lasts 55 minutes. The spring course consists of 22 trainings. If you start later, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
There is a 10% discount for the third workout per week.
