Attending adult courses at Oslo Tennisklubb is the easiest way to build consistency, keep motivation and enjoy tennis all year round. You train once a week in small, tiered groups with experienced trainers who guide your development step by step. Courses run for two semesters - Mid-August for Christmas and January to mid-June — gives you clear progress and a stable tennis routine.
If you prefer something more fast-paced and energetic, our Cardio Tennis workouts launch in January 2026 - perfect for players who love movement, fitness and high intensity.
Most adult groups have 4 players per coach for maximum quality. Cardio tennis groups can have up to 6 participants, but 2 coaches.
We match you to a group based on skill level, age, and preferred times. A good description of your level helps us position you correctly.
You train on the same day and time every week. Missed sessions cannot be replaced with another group.
Autumn semester: Mid-August for Christmas
Winter/Spring Semester: January to mid-June
There is automatic scrolling to the upcoming semester, but you can cancel or request to change the next group before the specified deadline.
Training takes place on courses, artificial turf or hardcourts. Note: Times may change when moving from outdoor to indoor season due to reduced track capacity.

We offer various drop-in activities such as cardio, strength, stretching, and tennis fitness. Workouts range from 30 to 55 minutes and can be easily booked in Court22 under Activities.
