Adult Camp Week 8

Over the four days you will work on all the key areas of your game: forehand, backhand, volley, serve and tactical play. The training mixes technical exercises, point plays and feedback that help you see real improvement in no time.

We start together with a warm-up before dividing the players into groups based on level. Each track has a specific focus, and groups rotate about every 30 minutes to keep the pace high and the training varied.

This is the perfect way to lift your game in just a few days - with good energy, clear structure and lots of hitting.
