Adult Tennis Camp Week 8

Across the four days, you will work on all the key areas of your game: forehand, backhand, volleys, serve, and tactical play. The training blends technical exercises, point play, and feedback that helps you see real improvement in a short amount of time.

We start together with a warm-up before dividing players into groups based on level. Each court has a specific focus, and groups rotate roughly every 30 minutes to keep the pace high and the training varied.

This is the perfect way to lift your game in just a few days — with good energy, clear structure, and plenty of hitting.
